Refund Policy

All binders are custom-made to order. Because each commission is personalised specifically for the customer, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered once work has begun.

Before work begins

If you change your mind before your design has started, contact Tasccino as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your binder arrives damaged, or differs materially from the approved design proof, contact Tasccino within 7 days with photographs. A repair, remake or refund will be arranged.

Delays

Production estimates are not guarantees. Delays alone do not qualify for a refund, but you will always be kept updated by email.
