Where we ship

Tasccino ships worldwide using tracked services.

Production and dispatch

Commissions are typically completed within 2–4 weeks. You will receive an email at each production stage and a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Packaging

Every binder is wrapped protectively and shipped in a rigid, water-resistant outer package.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact Tasccino within 7 days with photographs and a replacement or repair will be arranged.
